My experience getting my tires changed here was excellent—the service and attention to the customer were outstanding. Every staff member was attentive and took great care of my car. They called to notify me as soon as the tires arrived and provided quick updates. I was truly impressed.

I dropped in as I usually do at this location when I have tire needs. I pulled in today because I have a screw in my tire 🙄. I was met out in the drive with the nicest person …..Augustine. He was the best person I could ask for. The service is outstanding here and that’s saying a lot in today’s world! Thank you Augustine for your outstanding customer service and for getting me back on the road in no time. This store is amazing!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire thanks to Augustine! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He carefully inspected the tires on both of my vehicles to ensure they were safe and in good condition, and then helped me get new tires for one of them without any hassle. On top of that, he made sure both vehicles had new wipers installed, taking care of everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Augustine’s expertise, promptness, and genuine dedication to excellent customer service made the entire visit seamless and stress-free. His level of care and professionalism truly stands out, and the experience was handled with top-tier service from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and thorough tire care!

I have never met a more service oriented group of individuals. Everyone I came across was polite, helpful and outstanding. Paul the manager, made sure everything was first class and safe. Thank you for delivering a wonderful experience! Our family has gone there for years and will continue to get our tires here.
